My recent stay at Naala Tulum was a delightful experience filled with warm hospitality and attention to detail. the spacious room with a kitchenette, equipped with modern amenities, provided a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings of Tulum. The amazing pool area, surrounded by a lush tropical garden, was the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun. We enjoyed delicious meals at the restaurant bar, where the grilled fish dish stood out for its fresh flavors. the restaurant staff, especially Jesus and Riccardo, made us feel welcomed and took care of our dining experience with great care. The convenience of renting bikes directly at the hotel allowed us to easily explore the nearby attractions and vibrant streets of Tulum. Despite being away from the beach road, Naala Tulum offered a great location at a fraction of the price, making it a wonderful alternative for those seeking a Tulum experience without the hustle and bustle. Overall, Naala Tulum exceeded our expectations with its friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional dining options. I highly recommend this eco-friendly hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with a touch of luxury in the heart of Tulum. Can't wait to return!
